Your flight history, kept

Import past flights from a CSV file, see your trips and countries visited in travel history, and export it as CSV or PDF, including a visa travel-history summary.

The whole trip, not just the flight

Keep hotels, rental cars, documents, cancellation deadlines and expenses with each trip, and subscribe your calendar to a live trip calendar for free.

How to move from App in the Air

TripCache is built for travelers who already have real bookings and need a calmer way to manage what happens after the confirmation arrives.

App in the Air alternative

  1. 01

    Find your export

App in the Air emailed a data export to users who requested it before October 19, 2024. If you have it, keep a copy somewhere safe.

  2. 02

    Bring over past flights

Copy your past flights into TripCache's sample CSV template and import them, so your history and countries visited carry on.

  3. 03

    Add upcoming trips

Add the next flights by hand or by scanning a boarding pass, or forward the confirmation emails with Pro, then turn on check-in reminders.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers for travelers comparing tools and building better travel organization workflows.

Is App in the Air still available?

No. App in the Air stopped operating on September 19, 2024 and was removed from the App Store and Google Play. Users could request a data export until October 19, 2024.

Is TripCache connected to App in the Air?

No. TripCache is an independent app. It can't access App in the Air accounts or data, so you bring your history over yourself from your export.

Can I import my App in the Air flight history?

Yes, by CSV. TripCache imports past flights from a CSV file that follows its sample template, so copy the flights from your App in the Air export into that template first. There is no direct import of App in the Air files.

Does TripCache track flights like App in the Air did?

With TripCache Pro, yes: live alerts for departure, delays, gate and terminal changes, arrival and baggage belt, plus a Live Activity and widgets. Coverage depends on the flight-data provider. Check-in reminders are free.

Is TripCache on Android?

Yes. TripCache is available on iPhone and Android.
